Levels of Service (Brief description)
Preparation of Compiled Financial Statements
Presenting in the form of financial statements information that is the representation of management or owners of a business. No procedures are undertaken to express any assurances on these financial statements.
Financial Statement Reviews
Reviewed financial statements are a practical alternative to the client who does not require a complete financial audit, but who does require complete financial statements with full disclosure, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Reviews offer a significantly higher level of service than a compilation of financial statements. Reviews of financial statements include performing inquiries of management and performance of analytical procedures to give us a reasonable basis for the expression of limited assurances that there are no material modifications which should be made in order for the financial statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles or another basis of presentation.
Financial Statement Audits
Audits of financial statements contain our highest level of assurance. In this case we perform procedures in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards or governmental auditing standards in order to express an opinion as to whether or not the financial statements presented are in conformity with professional standards in all material respects.
